MLB the show and Caffein

Can anyone here actually play this game on caffeine ? I’m in the 800 ratings currently and it’s beyond tough to log a win with the copious amounts of caffeine I drink sometimes. I literally start shaking and then pinpoint and batting is history. How do you guys do it ?
Also pre-workout mixed with this game is comical -
I pretty much always have a 200mg energy drink before playing but doesn't give me jitters. Some people are just more sensitive to caffeine. Adjust how much you're using.
Maybe just limit to 200 or some energy drinks have just 150
