Stealing during Moments

So, looks like with this latest update, SDS removed the catcher movement prior to pitch coming during the Moments.
They start the count at 1-1, then they make the other batters swing and foul, get a hit, hit a HR, or strikeout to not allow for us to have an opportunity to make a steal attempt.
They make it a bit harder to steal, but yet they continue to allow people to use that Lagrasa stadium to complete all the TA programs in less than an hour.

Settings.
Change player lock base running to all pitches,it probably is at action pitches if you are starting with a count and the batter is swinging. -

Why are there so many 'Tally 1 hit, steal 1 base' TA Moments?
These guys are kooks to do this.
I beat them, but dang. It's hard when baserunners are clogging the bases in front of you!
If anyone is struggling to steal, try for doubles as it's easier to steal 3rd than 2nd. -

Can change it in main settings too, think it's under mode specific- rtts settings
