Do you all notice a huge jump in offense in conquest when using the 99's vs the 85-90's a couple months ago?

I don't notice much of a difference. Shouldn't there be a huge disparity since 99's are now playing against the same bronze/silver/golds etc.? My homers are way up, I hit about the same amount. is it just me?
