What is the power threshold a player need for a home run is it 80 or 85?

Idk I've hit Homer's with guys with 30 power on regular swings, not sure there's a base power required

My favorite HR this year was with Richie Ashburn of the Phillies with his 31 Power vs. Righties. CQ game, but still...
