Need help hitting boys

I’ve been an avid DD player for 5+ years. I’m usually a .290-.320ish World Series player. Can pretty much hold my own with anyone, minus the 1000 rated goons who hit .450+ with everyone on the team.
I don’t know what’s wrong this year, but I absolutely can’t hit. I’m hitting .190-.225 overall. My timing windows seem nonexistent, my PCI is always late to the pitch, I can’t track pitches from the release point, and they just seem to teleport to the plate. I play on a monitor w/ 120hz and 1ms response time, have high speed internet (not fiber unfortunately), I’m hard wired with an Ethernet cord and use a Power A/Gamesir G7 both wired.
Anyone else having issues? The only thing I can think of is I did recently move from Georgia to Maine. My latency has been running 65-85ms the last few weeks, could that be an issue?
It’s so frustrating because I genuinely love this game, but not being able to hit a beach ball is infuriating.

Brother ive been playing for 4 years straight. And I can barely hit over 300 this year. Prior years 400 maybe 375 average. So good luck this year. If this was last year or the year before you would have more of a chance.

So I’ve always been a WS player , and this year I couldn’t hit that well either. I got better though when I changed couple things unintentionally . (The reason I say unintentionally is because I got the controller for COD )So I finally got a dual sense edge controller during the summer sale just because I’ve always wanted one but didn’t want to spend so much money on it so I got it on sale, this controller you can fine tune the joysticks deadzone in settings which I did delay a bit so the joysticks weren’t as sensitive to my reaction , that helped. I also remapped the X button to the right trigger that is located behind the controller so I barely tap it with my middle finger and he swings , that helped ALOT. Then I also got these Kontrol freak rings that I put around my left joystick that act like cushions so it stops you from smashing the joystick outside of the strike zone and keeps every swing inside the strike zone. And finally I changed my view from strike zone to strike zone high just because I wanted to try something new. Made me a waaaaaay better hitter. Hopefully this helps you and anybody out there struggling with hitting.
