Gameplay XP

I haven't received gameplay XP for a couple days now and wondering what to do. I've sent a couple emails to showsupport and haven't received a response. Typically they've been good to respond and help out quickly. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how it was fixed. I receive XP for everything other than gameplay.
