How to Get All Star Judge??

I redeemed the all star voucher for every single team.

I bought every other all star that wasn't included in the vouchers (except for Ketel Marte).

I just need 3 more to get Aaron Judge.

I could do it if I could buy these 3 all stars:
Edwin Diaz
Jonathan Aranda
Logan Webb

But they do not exist in the marketplace and I don't see anywhere else where I can get them, yet I see other people are already using Aaron Judge.

Anyone know how/where to get these guys?

Diaz and Aranda are only avaliable from the All Star Mini Season

Webb is only available after you beat the All Star showdown
