Interleague play in Franchise Mode

I would like the option to turn Interleague play on or off for Franchise mode. You can change the options for DH, the extra inning rule, and turn the pitch clock on or off.

I would also like the option to turn off the 3 batter rule.

And, to be able to change the settings at the beginning of each season in Franchise mode.

Make Franchise Mode Great Again.

Will be tough to turn interleague off with an odd number of teams per league.
