Steal Maxed at 95?

Anyone have any idea why my steal won’t go any higher than 95? I like picking players I like and lock as them in Franchise but for some reason my steal won’t go any higher than 95 in game. It’s at 97 in the roster. I’ve played a whole season and it never went higher than 95 in game. Please help.

Check your manager and coaches for their cumulative steal rating to see if they are -2. If you have a player at 97 on his player card but 95 in the game that's the likely reason.
