White Sox shooting star. Right place, right time, right vibes.
The White Sox were my AL team as a kid, and even through relocation, re-alignment and all, always had a soft spot for them, even though they won while I was grieving my beloved Expos and grew distant from the game.
It feels like he was the reincarnation of Bobby Thigpen, another out of nowhere closer.
Guy dying while 2 years younger than me feels so wrong.
