Anyone else experiencing no prime pack rewards?

I've played through prime DQ 6 times now. Have had no less than 68% on veteran for epic reward (prime deluxe pack) and have pulled it 1 time in 12 chances. It seems like the game is not rewarding at the correct rate. 12 times at roughly 70% and only pulled 1 pack? That's crazy

@datneegdaz_PSN ya I just had 63 and I think 70% and came out with nothing but seemed to have proper amount of challenges.. guess I’m just gonna move on from DQ.. no point wasting time

Maybe it’s SDS way of pop control. Sure feels like they are controlling gatekeeper live series diamonds too. The live series diamonds are mostly out classed in the power creep now, except for Judge and Ohtani, so all just ridiculously overpriced.
The fact Witt has only 28,000 P5 tells you all you need to know about how few of his cards are actually out there. I’d love to know what percentage of players have completed Live series at this point. Has to be an extremely low percentage.

Pretty sure Witt isn't being used because of better options, such as the cover De La Cruz.

Update: played prime DQ twice yesterday. First run was 72% for epic rewards, only got the 2 ballin packs. Second run was 54% for epic and pulled all 4 packs. Doesn't make sense
