Mini Seasons Glitch

Hey all hoping someone that works for the show can help me. I just finished mini seasons to get altuve and the xp however I won all 3 games in the finals yet it gave the wins to cpu in the bracket. This caused me to not get the reward of altuve or the xp even though I won the games. Can someone help me? I’m not playing those 30 games again thank you!

If you do not get a response or a fix by the team, you can replay until you have enough wins over the 5th team to make the playoffs and quit out the remainder of the regular season, then play the playoffs. Sucks.

Same thing happened to me. Played all the games and first playoffs series won every game and says a I lost every game. All that grinding for no altuve. I send in a ticket and hoping for a email back. I’ll keep you guys posted. Let me know if you guys get any response.
