Quick Manage Absolutely Sucks

I’ve just encountered an infuriating glitch while trying to Quick Manage in the ALCS. I entered quick manage as the blue jays and for some reason, it showed that Jeff Hoffman (my closer) was pitching for the twins against me for a split second, I think the first batter. This glitch caused Jeff Hoffman to be “used” and I can’t use him in this game, even though I never put him in to pitch for the opposing team? This glitch also required me to get 4 outs to get out of the inning. I don’t know about you but I’m pretty sure 3 outs is all you need, and I’m pretty sure my closer wouldn’t pitch for the other team for the first batter of the game. This is just beyond unbelievable
