Freeze Offs and Cheating in Ranked

When are we going to fix something with the freeze offs? I’m currently winning 3-0 in the top of the 4th against i*******n (Can’t say against forum rules) and my game has been frozen for over an hour. If I quit he gets ranked points and doesn’t get reprimanded and I just go down in ranked when I’m about to move up a division. We have to do something that can either give both parties points so freeze offs become pointless or something that can have the game reviewed so they can take away the cheaters ranked points rewarded for making someone quit. It’s unethical and messed up to the players who actually outplay someone and don’t even get rewarded.

Yeah it sucks, but if i were you , i would remove his gamertag from your post, cause you will be the one reprimanded, it’s a bannable offence.
