IP stat tracking needs to be fixed

One of the multiplayer 3 tasks is pitch 25 innings. I just pitched 5 innings in an event game but only got credit for 2 innings. I believe this is because the game does not know how to count thirds of an inning pitched. If a pitcher doesnt pitch one full inning then it doesnt count towards your total. I believe this needs to be fixed.

It's been like that for the past few years. Designed that way when they had the 3 batter minimum in the game.
