No, it has not been designed to support on Switch. I doubt SDS will support any upgraded version of Switch, but cannot say for certain.

I wouldn't rule it out. If I remember correctly, they were toying with the idea of a stadium creator in 2018 but were limited by an internal memory cap on base PS4s. This was on a livestream from 2018, so I may be misremembering some details, but I definitely remember Remone talking about it.
