Disappointment...I don't get it

Created a power hitting 3rd baseman. I lead the team in rating (71), BA (.313), OPS, RBIs. Near the end of my first year in AA every time I meet with the coach he tells me I am a disappointment because I am not hitting enough HRs. I'm in the mid 70s in power and hit a ton of warning track shots, but only 6 over the fence. I get that they had to nerf it over previous RttS seasons as it seemed you alway[censored] the pros by early year 2, but I'm a disappointment? Come on!
