Is the game working for anyone?
-
@ranjerjt_XBL only thing I can think of is to shut down. Unplug for a few minutes. Plug back in. Power up and try again. The unplugging should clear your cache I believe

Thank you, I left but I will give it a try when I get home

Same issues. Same results. Restarted, uninstalled. Stuck at 17.8 gb. Ridiculous. Just to make sure, I uninstalled COD and it reinstalled fine.

@COLOMBO98_XBL yeah I was worried my xbox broke!! Like the old days "the red ring of doom"
-
Here is what I did that fixed it last night. Held power button to reset for 10 seconds..disconnected all power for 5 minutes, then reset my xbox to factory settings. Didn't save anything. I tried that earlier and it didn't work, but last night I noticed my microsoft said 100% but I had to manually update it. It finished and downloaded just fine. I hope that was it and can work for you, or it could've been something else, or just luck. Either way I hope it works for you 17.8 is the same number I was stuck on

I just deleted the game until they fix this mess. SDS shame on all y'all for breaking the game Memorial Day weekend.
-
@ranjerjt_XBL does resetting mess up anything? It doesn't delete other downloads does it?
-
Yes..I deleted everything. A factory reset. Signed in and re-download my owned games from the store
-
@ranjerjt_XBL so all progress is lost in the game?
-
No it's all saved in the cloud
