Live rosters & franchise

SDS. Would finally allow us to port live rosters into our already existing franchise. That includes being able to download and insert non created players. Such as when you finally include Connor Seabold, or Michael Fulmer, or Ian Anderson.
It's really annoying when you start a franchise but then you add players along the way.
