New Cards and reveals for Friday May 16th

Sure glad that Dominguez is the reward for the Spotlight Program. The Yankees were desperate for a diamond outfielder they only had:
LF 85 Jason Dominguez
CF 92 Bernie Williams
CF 88 Trent Grisham
CF 88 Cody Bellinger
CF 88 Mickey Mantle
CF 86 Curtis Granderson
RF 92 Aaron Judge
RF 90 Paul O'Neill
RF 85 Babe RuthThat is not to say that Dominguez did not deserve a card because he did but we just had a Yankee outfield reward in drop 2 in April (Grisham).

I have complained a lot in the last two years about the reduction of Topps Now and monthly awards, which is exactly for giving us different players to play with then we would normally get
Most people dont seem to care because they only want to play with the same dozen players with their favorite swings

Dominguez: 3 HRs, 7 RBI, Yankees have a ton of outfielders, program capper
Nimmo: 2 HR, 9 RBI, Mets need outfielders: not even a Topps Now (which, yes Topps did give)But to be clear the problem here isnt giving DOminguez a card, they should have. Its the artificially low card limit so the guys like Nimmo get screwed.

@MarioMendoza935_XBL The shot in moonshot refers to the roids those cards are getting. They'll likely have artificially high POW for those players.

How many players can claim to have as many cards for their team as career hits for that team?

How's it disrespectful to Clemente? It's better than his 83 overall card and will bridge the gap until we get the inevitable 99 version.
Plus this one will have some power I assume.

I would say its a significant upgrade from those cards, but yeah that was the base
I'm not really in love with the what if fantasy I assume these cards will have, but its less offputting to me than OoP was

I was really hoping for a Von Hayes card today.
As part of my real life baseball card collection I have managed to collect every single Von Hayes card. In past surveys when SDS has asked which legend they should add to diamond dynasty my answer has consistently been Von Hayes. I would be absolutely thrilled if they added a card today (or any day). He would always have a spot on my team.

Well this is all over the place. Good and bad. I dont even know what to make of this. lou has a good swing but 75 speed and 62 steal? WInker and Siri should at least finally let the Mets theme team come online
I dont understand why they didnt do the big content drop for rivalry week though, save the moonshot for a different time
