What do these number mean?

So when playing certain at bats you can see a bar chart for BA, OPS, HR and RBIs.
For example It will show for Gunnar Henderson Inam at 93% for RBIs but 37% for BA.
Is that comparing all other users who have used the card? Is that like a percentile ranking for each of us?

That’s your percentile. If you are 93%, that means you are in the top 7% of all players in that category. Which is good, but 37th is not. You have to keep in mind your numbers can be greatly influenced by sample size.

@LHUBison58_XBL ok thanks I thought it was the case but wanted to ask cause was unsure if it was just against all other players I use in the game or the numbers are against all those that use a that specific player.

I haven't even seen it yet myself.
I either get attributes or just the stats with no percentages. -

I wish they had an actual leaderboard you can look at for each cards stats.
