90 plus speed

When a runner with 90 plus stl gets on base is so difficult to pick them off .. even if im aware there going to steal ..even with a pitch out
It like once you get a runner on base with 90 plus speed is an auto steal
Player urgency is slow too
I have guys with high defense btw

Are you pitching from the stretch? Because there are ways to throw them out.

I’ve had terrible luck with stealing lately. The jumps from 99 speed elly and Witt are super delayed. The button on my ps controller is sticking a bit so wonder if that is causing the delay
