2nd inning bosses

When I got to the 1st boss pack I sold it since I was needing stubs so I got the 2nd boss pack the other day and took griffey and then today I went ahead and bought Gibson. So what I'm asking is if it's worth it to buy the 3rd boss to lock in tomorrow for the 30k headstart?

I’ve hit the end of the inning track both seasons without too much trouble (zero wheel spins this inning though)… I don’t think the extra 30k xp is that important. I’m skipping it for inning 3 especially because I have no interest in buying NGL players that don’t help me for team affinity.

Depends on if you think you can sustain your rhythm. I’m getting close to the slow descent as summer gets here. Wish baseball was a winter sport!

Ok I think I'll skip the 3rd boss just because I still have conquest maps to play plus having to finish the Kris Bryant mini seasons and the classic mini seasons that should be a good headstart. Thanks for your input

@sbchamps17_NSW yep; saved a whole bunch of stuff just for that. I have 3 Conquest maps with only one game to play so that’s 13,500 XP in less than an hour and a couple of MS where I’m close to getting a 4k XP bonus, plus 2 Moments to finish Elly.
And the 3 bosses. Should be at 75k+ when I go to bed Friday night. With Mother’s Day weekend, my personal time will be limited lol

@sbchamps17_NSW I can’t answer that; depends on how you value your stubs. The price will only go up as we get closer and into 3rd Inning.

I thought about buying the 2nd and 3rd boss packs and decided against it once i realized i need 1.6 million stubs to buy the last 7 live series diamonds. Not even worth spending stubs on a 90 overall that i wont use in 3 weeks anyway

Did you lock in Gibson or Griffey yet?
If not, buy the other Gibson and hold until they release who the 3rd inning bosses will be.
If they're 3 that are really wanted by the community; the Inning 2 bosses may increase in price.
You can then decide if you want the head start yourself or want the stubs.
Heck, Beltre from inning 1 is up to 50K and he isn't even the best 3rd baseman card out there.

I think the answer is
“did you save enough program xp to sprint to the first boss and turn a huge profit”
If the answer is yes, and you can make it to the first boss tomorrow, do it.
If the answer is anything other than that, save your stubs.

Yeah Beltre is the rarest of the 3 by far. I bet the breakdown was something like:
Manny 60%
McGwire 30%
Beltre 10%And even though Manny is the superior card, Beltre's low supply drove up his price.

Is there a way to collect second inning bosses since it is now third inning without just outright buying them?

@Hogfan2502_PSN Wait till December or January for the forever program that will have the prior inning boss packs. If you don't want to wait until then, you are going to have to buy them if you don't have them.
