Has this happened to anyone?

I pinch ran for my 1b in the 7th inning.
When the game paused for me to sub the pinch runner out, my screen froze but the game was still going on. Somehow my pitcher was pitching, I tried pressing any and every button but nothing happened. The guy ended up scoring 3 runs and then I get a notification that my game was forfeited. Smh. -
