Issue with r1 wheel when creating

When i press r1 to bring up wheel then left stick to right to change properties and field etc it wont let me select it. Releasing r1 or pressing x just backs out of it and it scrolls you across the field because you’re holding the left stick to the right to select properties tab. What am I doing wrong? Didn’t have this issue last year. Finally messing around for the first time this year in created stadium

@huskerfan051214_XBL I just tried it in a template stadium and one of my created stadiums. I didn't have an issue in either. I don't why you are having an issue.
