My god I don’t know what it is about hall of fame but it’s the most frustrated I’ve ever been before. I swear every single game I can’t square a ball up I mean I made it to championship series I’m not that awful at the game maybe it’s bc I play on a tv I have a monitor on the way to try and help but my god I cannot see the baseball on this difficulty. I just played a game and got one hit off GOLD severino. Mf just spammed high 100 mph fastball w an occasional off speed and just continued to abuse the broken timing with each pitch. Not to mention he got all of his runs on early swings and ok contact result. It’s at a point where it’s not even fun to play at this difficulty it’s just a sweatfest. Whoever hits the most homeruns wins basically. I just can’t do it anymore. I don’t like complaining about the game but it’s just so bad this year when it comes to having fun. Just whatever makes SDS money I guess

Timing isn't broken, it's just a very tight window. Take some BP on Legend offline, the speed and timing window are similar to HOF online.

I practice on legend with the sliders turned up. I hit fine in practice, then I go into the good okay and perfect perfect out parade that is RS. As I see it early and late are the meta.

Dude I just got to HOF in RS also and I have 4 hits through 2 games I just can’t square anything up

Take some BP so that when you finally are able to square up the ball. You line out 7-8 times on good squared, good good and perfect perfect. Games bad dude. No other way to slice it. They tried to reward hitting more. Then didn’t like the telemetry so they scaled it back to the point of absurdity.

Yea know what’s going to be even more frustrating. When you start being able to square balls up on HOF and they are still F’in outs!!! Lol it’s literally why I had to stop playing this game. I’m striking my opponent out 15-20 x and lining out 10 times and they are beating me on mistakes down the middle.

No you do not, that's ridiculous. Not having any trouble scoring runs, rated 900+.

Very true, hof event is just each team hoping to get lucky with rng and hit a homer for a 1-0 win. Not to mention it seems only goons play the event.
