Custom Stadiums Load Times

Why does it take so long to load the custom stadiums in "Stadium Assignments"
It's like it is actually downloading all of the stadiums
If you have more than 10 stadiums, it takes almost five plus minutes to load the custom stadiums selector screen.
Same problem happens when just trying to to get into Stadium Creator.
I even disabled network connection, so it's only loading from the hard drive.
