Glitch that keeps you from getting back up to the majors

I was in the majors for a year and a half doing better than everyone on my team. I was the highest rated 3rd baseman and randomly I got called down. I’ve played 6 seasons in the minors 2 played and 4 simulated. Best overall on the entire roster now. Still everytime I go to my season check up they say I’m doing bad and they won’t call me up.
