Cornerstone voucher

I'm working on doing missions, moments, etc. to work on completing collections to try and eventually get the 99 Rolen. In the Cornerstone collection, I finished 5 of 6 but I don't have [censored] Allen. And I don't have his base card to unlock missions for him. He's not available on Marketplace. How can I get him to complete collection or am I just out of luck ?

You go to assorted programs the player programs then on Allen and complete the program to get the card.

You had to unlock him in the 1st Inning XP Path.
If you have the other two, Abreu and Jiminez, but don't have Allen; you may nit have made it to the 3rd Cornerstone pack last inning.
If that's the case; you can't get that voucher right now.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN yeah, I bought game with about a week left for inning 1. So I'm forever penalized by not being able to get Rolen because I bought game a little late doesn't seem fair.

No. You're not forever penalized.
More Cornerstone players will be added in each Inning's XP Path.

There’ll be a new set of cornerstones when the 2nd inning ends. That’s just going to be the one voucher you’re gonna be at a perpetual disadvantage for if they require all cornerstones when a collection drops
