This game can just unapologetically crush your confidence

I had won 12 in a row and made it to 785. One win away from WS and on my hottest streak of the season. I then lose and proceed to keep losing until I dropped down to the 500’s again. It’s just so disheartening. And now that I’ve lost confidence, I need to take a week off to let myself breathe. SDS doesn’t owe me anything. I’m not asking for sympathy or saying it shouldn’t be this hard…I’m just venting. See ya guys in a week.

Check batter analysis after game... That helps me especially if I am actually hitting well but not getting rewarded
If you're not hitting well then I guess that wouldn't help. But loses don't bother me as much when I feel my input deserved better outcome

@IrishFist412_MLBTS depends on your state of mind; if the loss crushed you, better to step away than double down. I got walked off yesterday because I was still fuming about something my opponent did in the top of the ninth. Did something else after to avoid a tailspin.

I definitely knows how that feels. One year I was one game away from making world series and I lost one game and I was like no big deal and then I lost the next and the next and straight to the bottom I went just like you did. Lesson learned. Now if I make a world series push if I lost one or two games I get off for the day or play offline depending how. I feel. That work for me and I made it to 980. So I definitely feel your frustration with this game.

@yankblan_PSN 100% man…Other games you can play through slumps but The Show will just BURY your [censored] if you’re not in the right mindset to take pitches.
