My player is an absolute home run machine. I hit 64 and in the November following that season the highest AAV I was offered was 15 mil. I’m and 88 OVR. What is the problem? Someone explain how I get paid what my player deserves please.

Things that I've noticed that affect contract offers:

Your position.
How much you were making.
Your age.
Comparable salaries.
And, obviously, your rating. I empathize with your plight, but 88 OVR isn't that high. 90's is when you start seeing bigger contracts.

Yep, you gotta get to at least 90 to get paid. Your OVR is more important than just great stats
