I see Contributor Lee Smith is located in "Mission: The New Guys". Where is that? I didn't find it MS, DQ, CQ, or any other mode or any programs.

Yes you need to complete the mission in the CC mini seasons to get the Lee Smith,if I'm not mistaken it 500pxp with the contributer series players then you get Lee Smith
