SDS HELP. Missing packs from zone sweeper.

So I currently beat the zone sweeper twice tonight. The first times I tried playing it. I know the 10k stubs and xp is a glitch but after I beat the sweeper it said my rewards were a 5 pack bundle. I never received the 5 pack bundle. This happen to anyone else. Sds please help.

You have to beat one of the stadium challenges then complete diamond quest to get them I believe
