Is Elly De La Cruz a better pinch runner than Rickey Henderson or PCA?

I know they're all 99/99 in speed/stealing, but Elly is significantly TALLER than Rickey, so I'm curious to know if that can actually play a role in stealing bases

PCA and Elly are great bench players. Both speedy , PCA can play any OF position , Elly is as fast but can play a couple spots in the infield while having a competent bat vs RHP. Ricky is okay if you don’t have those other two.
