Impact of perks in RTTS

So far in about six seasons of play I have all but one perk activated and that one is a pitching perk. My feedback to all is to focus on developing those perks that would regularly appear during the games and spend the tokens to "master" each of them. It is well worth it.
They make a noticeable difference (positive) in how your avatar player performs.
