Is anyone else’s leaderboard constantly changing?

For example I was 7th or 8th last night and now I log in and I’m 2nd with a completely different group

I'm at minus 10 points and I haven't even played a game yet. Maybe they gave me a handicap because I'm so awesome.

It supposedly gives a negative starting point if you’re below the division you’re playing in when you start (like you reached 810, but dropped down to 790 before the season ended, you therefore get -10 as a starting point).
