Just realized I’m washed

Always have been a great player, but now I can’t keep up. Played DD for a good amount of time and I can’t keep up with the pitching and hitting is just too inconsistent. I think saying “I’m good at the game” is over.

Yeah I’m in that boat. 48 now. Not a kid anymore lol. Eyes don’t work the same. I can get into 500’s maybe low 600’s but get killed above that.

Same! I used to start the year like 20-0. Now I’m 10-5. Either I’ve gotten worse or others have gotten better, probably both. (First post on the forums in a few years I think. It used to be the Wild West on here. Moderation seems to have improved.)

Weekend Classic is going to be my final wakeup call. I made it up to the low 600's, so I'll be on HOF facing Roger Clemens 6 times. I'll be one of those folks that goes 0-6.

I think too, the game changed a lot, for one I feel like most people used to play on TVs, now everyone has a monitor, they don’t swing until they get two strikes, gone are the days when you could just through a change low and out of the strike zone and walk into the 600s. A lot of the player base have figured things out.

I cant even throw a change low and out of the strike zone since I use pulse. It always ends up in the strike zone so i just never throw low
