When does HoF difficulty start in ranked seasons?

The topic is the question. I just don't want to start a game to find out since I can't find the old help book they used to have that told you when it changed.

I thought it was when you reach the 700s. But people have been saying it's in the 600s now.
Not sure if that was intentional, or a mistake, with WS now in the 800s.

It’s supposed to be 700. However from my understanding it’s starting at 600 they are trying to fix it

If you or your opponent is at 600 or higher, it’ll be HOF
Legend doesn’t kick in till you or your opponent is at 900 or above

Thanks all for the answers. I had a feeling it would kick off during division series like before even with the 100 less points to get there. I just didn't want to run into HoF without warming up since I really don't play above all-star unless I need to lol
