Account reset
-
I wanted to setup ShowZone.gg so see how many stubs I need to complete live series collections. I've opened Ohtani and Trout so I think I am close.
I went to theshow.com and I saw my old PS5 I don't have anymore is still linked, so I clicked "unlink" and it unlinked my xbox as well. I relinked my xbox and now my account is reset. I've lost everything.
How do I undo this?

It's not reset - you hid your progression when you relinked.
Unlink everything and set your account with your progression as the primary account. If your progression is on your PS account and you don't have a PS anymore, you may have to submit a ticket, but hopefully not.
It's been a while since I've linked my accounts, but if you don't need a code from your PS5, then you should be fine.

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN See, that's the thing that upsets me. I only wanted to unlink my PS5 account, because I have been on xbox for years. But clicking that button unlinked everything.
I can't relink my PS5 account now, it's giving me an error about "that console account is linked to another MLB the show account". Which seems impossible, there are no connected devices under my PS5 account.
I already sent a ticket in to SDS. Just upset man. Don't know what to do.

If you know someone with a PS, ask if you can add your account to it. If so, log into your account on it, load the game, check the linking, and use it to relink everything. You can then remove your account from that PS.
You can also try and do it from your MLBTS account on the website, but I'm pretty sure you need to initiate it from a console.

Ok, it fixed itself and I was able to relink my PS5 account. Stay safe out there, folks.
