Missing Inventory

Anyone know, on average, how long it takes Support to rectify a Missing Inventory submission?
Just got the game today and my N&L packs, along with the 85 ovr Mays, weren't in my inventory.
I completed the N&L Program a few days after it dropped; so I know I should've received the bonuses.

Submitted a ticket. Got the Generic reply that it was received.
Nothing since then.
