Hey folks... Just doing a sanity check. Should I have received a No Decision on my game?

• Pitched 7 full innings. 1 hit, 17 k, 0 ER
• Box score when pulled 0 - 0
• Relieved at the top of the 8th inning
• Relief pitching gave up 2 ER in the 9th to lose the game
• I (as starting pitcher) received the loss

The relief pitcher who gave up the runs in the 9th inning should have received the loss, right?
