Lost Everything

I was trying to use the showzone collection progress earlier and it wasn’t working. So i was playing around on my linked accounts to the show and it still wasnt working.
I give up on that and go to play some games. Play a bunch of games on my account and then come back a few hours later to a 1GB update. Update completed and suddenly I see 51000 stubs. I had over 700000 stubs that I purchased now missing. All my progress gone.
Tried linking and unlinking accounts and nothing.
Anyone have a situation like this that can possibly help me out. This unlinking and linking is confusing as hell and honestly seems pretty dangerous to even mess around with. I never unlinked physically on my xbox and in the game but whatever I did over the website really messed everything up.

Figured it out finally. The key was I needed to link my playstation account even though I don't own a playstation anymore. So kind of weird but got everything and that's what matters most.

When linking, nothing is lost, it’s just hidden. The sub account(s) look at the primary account's server data and don’t show their own.
The data is always there, it just depends on which account is primary.
