Question about Twitch Packs

Relinked my account today, during the stream, and claimed my Twitch Packs.
Fired up the console, but because I can't get the game until next Thursday, I decided to load up 24.
Well, I just got notification that my Twitch Packs were available. Lo and behold; they're showing in my inventory on 24.
Does this mean that even though I watched a 25 stream, I only get Twitch Packs for whatever game series I load?
Will these also be in my inventory, if I don't open them, when I load up 25 next week?

You’ll get the packs in 25 too. I also linked my twitch before the start of 25 coming out and same thing happened. Got the twitch drops in 25 and 24.
