Lighting change when batting

Is anyone else experiencing an issue where the lighting will get slightly brighter in between pitches when batting? There’s like a quick little flicker just before the pitcher gets set. Not sure if this is happening for everyone or if it’s potentially an issue with my tv settings. Hitting camera is strikezone 2.
