How bad does the game suffer if when playing on a PS4 Pro, you optimize it for graphics? I don’t think I have tried that yet. I have an OLeD tv with what appears to be a 21ms input lag in game mode. Just curious if the game looks a lot better and plays worse or what when playing Ranked seasons? I plan to test it vs CPU etc.
    Thanks.

Makes your Pro sound like its revving up for pre launch at Cape Canaveral.

I’d change it to the “fastest” setting for ranked. If you’re playing any other mode, especially on a OLED tv, it would be a shame not to have the graphical enhancements of the pro activated. I have a Sony 4K tv and the offline modes play fine with the maxed out graphics

On the tv I play it on balanced and it’s fine, on my monitor I play it on fastest. It’s a lag fest on the highest quality graphics.

I can’t wait for it to come out on pc, I’ve got a beefy computer that will run it in 4k no problem.

I played the majority of my games on sharper because my tv has less lag at 4k. Recently, I’ve switched the game to faster to see if there was a difference. I guess I notice more smoothness in the animation when I’m on faster. It kind of looks like the soap opera effect. It honestly didn’t play too juttery on 4k. I will say that I don’t think you’re getting 60fps when playing on 4k, so I don’t know what that does to being able to track the flight of a pitch.

Your not getting 60fps at 4k I promise you that. The game might run at 30fps if your lucky. I play it on balanced so it looks decent still but doesn’t run terrible. Fastest is 60fps for sure, it’s smooth as hell just pretty ugly.

When it finally comes to pc I’ll be happy to play it in 4k at 60fps.
