Left fielder impact plays still broken (post-patch)

Since my left fielder was promoted to AAA, every impact play is a soft line drive to left field. Sometimes the third baseman catches it, but most of the time they miss it. I tried switching it from "impact plays" to "my plays" and that does add (some) variety, but after playing some games and switching back, it just goes back to the line drive to left field.

This bug makes that RTTS basically unplayably boring. It also unintentionally breaks you out of considering that maybe these plays are unscripted and shows you they definitely are, taking you out of the game entirely.

A fix would be lovely. I put a good amount of hours into the player before this started happening and starting over would suck.

I also reported this bug like five days ago or so.
