If your goal is to get Roki and you don’t care about any of the 87s, if you pull an 87 from the CC mini seasons or the program, sell the 87 and you can buy 3 or 4 85s with the stubs from 1 87.
Roki will be also be a voucher later on in the big legends and flashback collections. So by doing the program and the diamond quest, and selling any 87 for 85s, you should be able to get him without using your live series stubs.
