Game Forefeited

I've had my ranked games forfeited twice after trying to sub in a pitcher late in the game. I had paused the game for maybe a total of :20 the entire game. This has happened to me twice and cost me the game, both times (was winning both games). Can you guys fix this soon? Crazy that we can't pause the game to even sub out a pitcher.

Just googled to find this issue. Online rated, up 7-0, was switching pitchers = game forfeited

Same thing happened to me, multiple times. There's no way I was out of pause time. There's a bug in the game. They need to fix this immediately.

I have played 3 event games and this hasn't happened but I did pause to put in a pitcher and it said I had like 33 seconds left and I was like wtf?!?!
And subbed someone in real quick and reluctant to make anymore changes out of fear of a forfeit.
Years past has been waaayyyyy too much pause time but this year I'm not even clear how much pause time I get and if I'm playing ranked in the 5th and want to do a kick batting analysis I don't think I'll have time.
I think 1:30 for 3 inning games and maybe 5:00 for 9 inning games with no reset of the clock would be good.
