Companion app says complete tutorial and/or log in first

I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year now and have yet to receive any type of help. The app is unusable for me I’ve tried everything and nothing works for me. Please help! I don’t want another year of MLB the show to go without me having access to the app I don’t think that’s fair.

Mine started doing this last year and I haven't gotten it fixed either. Can you even ever get a reply from a support ticket?

@ArielT2_MLBTS Finally got mine fixed, but i had an odd issue. Somehow awhile back i got a 2nd show account linked to my Xbox gamertag. Took awhile for us to even figure that out, but once we did we eventually got it cleared and the correct one linked. Hopefully they can figure out your issue as well.
