Team Affinity Issues

For the 2nd time now I have had to email support to get my earned cards from doing Team Affinity. Topps Now Ketel Marte and a JOLT Justin Martinez RP card not showing up under my Manage Squad tab are just the latest ones. Am I going to have to do email support for every reward? Anyone else having these issues?

Let's get the obvious out of the way.
Ketel silver card is a SS, and do you have the LS version of Martinez in your pen?
or the LS Marte in lineup?

Check your binder. If they're not in your binder; then you need to contact Support.

If they're in your binder; then do what @PAinPA_PSN mentioned.
